We are a collection. And that’s exactly why you can let yourself be whisked away to culinary worlds at the Lifestyle Hotel eder, in the Piizzzeriaa of the family hotel EdeR FriDa or at the TOM Almhütte. We will explain exactly how to do this on site.

The EdeR FriDa market hall has everything you can’t find at home. And for every vision, every taste and even the most sensitive of tummies.

Vegetarian dishes are cooked every day. Vegan and gluten-free dishes need to be pre-booked.

Breakfast: 7 to 10.30 a.m.
Lunch time: 12 to 14 o’clock
Sweet & Tasty – snack time: 2 to 5 pm
Dinner Time: 5.30 to 8.30 pm

You can park right outside the front door. In one of the free parking spaces or in the mysterious and free underground car park. And for all those who want to dock their electric car, there are brand new charging stations. But because the crazy aunt doesn’t have her own power station, these also cost something. So don’t forget your charging card or mobile phone for the Salzburg AG QR code. But you don’t need a charging cable.

Maria Alm lies at the foot of the Steinernes Meer, in the middle of Salzburger Land and an hour’s drive from the city of Salzburg. The best route is via the small German corner, Lofer and Saalfelden to Maria Alm. This route saves you the motorway toll sticker and you don’t need snow chains in winter. So you don’t have to drive over the infamous felt saddle. And so you also save on snow chains.

If you prefer to take the motorway to Maria Alm, take the route from Salzburg via Werfen, Bischofshofen, St. Johann im Pongau and Zell am See to Maria Alm. Here, too, you don’t need snow chains in winter. But beware, you do need a motorway tax sticker.

Maria Alm can also be reached by public transport. The train runs from Salzburg to Saalfelden. And from Saalfelden there is a bus service to Maria Alm.

The EdeR FriDa family hotel is a crazy place for children of all ages. Simply for all ages.

With us, you can book everything to do with ski schools, bike schools, ski hire or bike hire yourself. Because everyone has their own ideas. And brings individual resources with them. We are happy to give you insider tips. If you mention our collection to a selected service provider, you might get a percentage on top.

Skis and bikes can be stored in the depot.

The nearest ski lift is a drag lift. It is located behind the family hotel and can be reached via a secret passageway in thirty-seven steps. But the ski bus also makes its rounds around the hotel and takes you to the nearest gondola.

We are surrounded by sports shops. And they have the fastest skis and the best bikes. We are very, very happy to advise you.

You’ll find lots of things for your baby in the baby corner. And all free of charge. Baby porridge, hot water bottle, shower lotion, milk lotion, wet wipes, nappies, changing mat, bibs, night light, baby bouncer, baby bath and play arch.

There’s no air conditioning here. Because the mountain air not only lets you breathe deeply. It also cools your head.

The family hotel has a huge water world for the whole family. So you can experience quality time. But don’t worry, in the cosy cuddly caves and cosy niches there’s also plenty of togetherness for the parents. And from 8 pm to 10 pm, the sauna is adults only anyway.

The family hotel offers free childcare. Every day from 2 pm to 5 pm. From the age of 3. Organised by professionally trained carers.

Your dog is allowed to holiday in the family hotel. But only on request and for Euro 30.00 per night. Because Aunt Frida wants to prepare everything for her four-legged friend. The huge dog bowl in the room. Or the loooooong list of dog rules. Because your dog must abide by the rules in the family hotel. And is not allowed in the restaurant, the garden world, the play world or the water world. But don’t panic, there are plenty of mountains and paths waiting for you and your dog in Maria Alm. And you should also be able to spend time together while eating. That’s why Auntie Frida is preparing a very special table for you in the market hall. Whatever you decide, holiday with your dog or just leave your dog with grandma, please let us know in good time, because Auntie Frida only accepts two dogs at a time in her hotel.
