Unless regulated by an individual contract, the following general terms and conditions apply:

No cash redemption for vouchers. Validity of vouchers, unless otherwise stated: 1 year from date of issue. Only one voucher can be redeemed per stay. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined with each other. This also applies to vouchers from other providers.Reservation is only valid in writing by fax/email/post. When a reservation is made (accommodation contract), the international hotel contract conditions are deemed to have been agreed.Payment: For individual holidays € 250.00 (summer) and € 500.00 (winter) free of charge for the beneficiary per room by bank transfer, bank details: Raiffeisenbank, IBAN: AT60 3505 3000 2602 6492 SWIFT: RVSAAT2S053. For group, conference and event bookings, the contractually agreed deposit amounts apply.For bank transfers free of charge, please quote the IBAN and SWIFT number given above. The reservation is only finalised after receipt of the deposit. We are also happy to take your credit card details and debit the respective amount for you.If there are several reservations for the same room, we kindly ask for your understanding that we will prioritise the earlier booking.Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers and floors!

Cancellations are only valid in writing. You will then receive a cancellation confirmation from the hotel. The provisions of the international hotel contract conditions apply. In the event of early departure, we must charge the price for the entire duration of the stay.

Cancellation costs summer & winter – at the best flexible rate:
up to 7 days before arrival free of charge
6 to 3 days before arrival 50% of the total price
from 2 days before arrival 100%

The cancellation conditions may differ for promotions, early booking rates or last minute rates

For group, conference and event bookings, separate change and cancellation conditions apply as part of the contract.

Cancellation insurance: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. It covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident, death of the insured person or their family members before the start of the holiday or during the stay. Please enquire at the hotel – we will be happy to inform you accordingly.Dogs and pets: only on request.

Bathrobes and slippers are available free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Wireless Lan is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

In summer you can use our locked bike room and in winter our ski room with its own lockers for all rooms. The lockers are also suitable for drying hiking equipment.

Arrival and departure: We ask you to plan your arrival and departure on a weekend (winter). On the day of departure, we will make the room available to you at the Hotel Eder by 11.00 am, but we ask for your understanding that the room cannot usually be occupied before 2.00 pm. At Hotel SEPP the room is available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and until 12.00 pm on the day of departure. If you arrive after 6.00 pm, please let us know.In case of no-show, the international hotel contract conditions apply.Method of payment: cash, EC card, American Express, Visa, Mastercard.

The single room supplement is € 20.00 per night.

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Furthermore, smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel. We have a cosy outdoor lounge for our smokers.

With the publication of the new price list, all previous price lists lose their validity. Subject to price changes, printing errors and mistakes as well as changes to offers.</p
